Hi guys, I want to do a nursing dx of "Risk for Electrolyte Imbalance" for my CHF patient but don't see anything I can use on my NANDA list that matches up. Am I missing it, is there something else y'all have used to address this problem or for some reason should I not be going in this direction?
Thanks!

I think that maybe you should go more in the direction of Risk for Imbalanced Fluid Volume r/t electrolyte imbalance; or Excess Fluid Volume r/t_________. Maybe Decreased Cardiac Output r/t reduced stroke volume... ?
Hope this helps! If you need more diagnoses, just let me know...
I've written my last care plan for school, but I still have hoards of books...!
