SNCH, Oceanside, NY,

$36.40(Day Shift - 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.),

$38.44(2nd shift - 3 a.m. to 11 p.m.),

$40 (3rd shift - 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

Within Santa Clara, yes. But outskirts, not as bad.

Oceanside NY hospital rates were higher over this summer. I applied for a per-diem and was offered $47 for 11p-7am shift.

I do agency per-diem work for $32-$35/hr depending on the site- from NYC to western suffolk county
