I took my TEAS today! After a lot of research and preparation, I finally did it!
My Adjusted Individual Total Score: 77.3%
National Average: 64.3%
Program Average: 64.9%
83rd percentile.
My Reading: 81%
National Reading: 70.5%
77th percentile.
My Math: 90%
National Math: 69%
92nd percentile.
My Science: 62.5% (yikes)
National Science: 53.6%
71st percentile.
My English: 83.3%
National English: 63.8%
94th percentile.
The science was obviously my biggest killer here. I focused my studies mainly by the list that was listed elsewhere on this site. I found that there were a lot of things on the list that were not on the test so I feel as if I studied a lot more of a broad base of material, rather than specifics on certain areas. (Not that the other list wasn't helpful; it was.)
I also noticed that on the Reading portion, it was much easier than all of the practice tests I've taken.
One thing that I found is SO SO helpful (and I didn't know would happen) is when I received my results, a printout of areas I need to work on was given as well. It tells me what I need to focus on and even what page in the ATI manual I can find it.
I'm hoping as long as I study the areas in that list and refresh every so often the other areas that I did well on, I should be able to make the 80s by the time I can take my second test in 30+ days.
Although 77.3% isn't fantastic (especially after seeing so many great scores posted on here), I'm happy with the results. I scored higher than I was expecting considering that I haven't had any sort of science course in 6 years (minus A&PI last semester).
According to one of the main administrators in the nursing program for my school, the average score to be accepted is in the mid-80s, so I'm shooting for no less than an 87% next time and I believe if I can get my science up, I will have no problem with it.
Please feel free to post your scores/tips/experiences!

Great job! It's a killer test.
I studied for mine for like two months. Had the ATI book and went through it cover to cover, watched Crash Course and Keshwani Prep Videos, Khan Academy, you name it. I did everything I knew to do to prepare.
I got an 80% overall, which is at the Advanced level. I needed at least Proficient, so I'm hoping I'll be high enough!
I would definitely recommend purchasing the online practice tests from ATI. They are very similar to the real thing, both in form and in content. They also give you breakdowns of what you missed when you're done.
You did great. I'm sure you'll do even better the next time!
Good luck!!
