Can I still use the AP help...from my brain to yours by polka dot to help with AP?

That A&P book is great, I used it for both A&P classes.
To do well in A&P you need to do a lot of studying, at least 10 hours a week for lecture and another 3 hours for the lab.
I've no idea if those notes you're referring to will help you.

I didn't use a textbook at all for A&P. The class had one but we didn't need it because our prof gave very specific notes. It's hard to say what you need and what will work. It depends on how well you can digest the information. Some people have to get the flash cards and coloring book to fully understand everything. Get through the first week and see how it is.

I think the more resources the better. Using the stickies may be more beneficial than not. For example, say you're learning about muscles, the function, locations, yada yada yada. Using the stickies or other websites, textbooks, etc. may help you grasp a better understanding of what you are learning. In my A&P class, I picked up Anatomy and Physiology for Dummies and it was so interesting and simple that reading the actual textbook became a breeze.
So the point is, sure the stickies go along with the textbook. It couldn't hurt to try to use them.

You may also want to try googling "Tortora Anatomy and Physiololgy Quizzes". Look for links to the Wiley site. It has various quizzes and crosswords available for free that are for that specific book. I used the 11th addition and had a professor that tested out of the test bank, so using quiz materials written by the authors helped quite a bit.
Good luck!

I used the same book for A&P and in the front there is what looks like a cd holder but there is only a white piece of paper in it. That piece of paper has codes for their online test bank. USE IT! It has drag and drop diagram questions that require you to label parts of the body and also has a lot of useful questions that we saw on many tests. It also has virtual flashcards with all the vocabulary words. Use what makes you comfortable..but be aware that your professor may use that textbook to gather questions & test information from.

Marieb's A&P Textbook is good too. I personally swear by that text. :)
