My odds of getting hired at NYP

Published

Hey, So I have worked for NYP (all the main ones - Columbia & MSCH, Cornell, Lawrence, Westchester, and Lower manhattan & allen) for 5 years now as an infection prevention liaison which is why I work in a different NYP everyday. I lovee my department and most of my recommendations would come from there as well as my professors. They are paying some of my nursing school expenses thru tuition reimbursement. I am in an Accelerated BSN program (this is my second BS) from CMSV. I am graduating december 2021 and planning to take NCLEX by feb. Has there been any previous workers for the hospital that found the process of getting hired thru them easier ? I can apply thru workday too our internal job search for employee database. In addition I will be working my clinicals 7-7 in Morgan stanley childrens hosp in peds, so Im thinking this will also help. It's where I am praying to get hired. Anyone who previously work at NYP before getting hired as an RN, Any advice.
