Dear sir/ma, Thank you so much for your reply.I would like to have one more doubt with you.My company who promised me to get a job is failed to get an offer letter.only because of my offer letter I missed the chance coming to USA.At present,I am asking them to relieve me from their contract,but my company is refusing to relieve me though I want to pay the amount they spent on me.They want me to refile again from the beginning with them.But I lost the hope with them.I really don't want to refile in the same company.kindly advice me what I have do now.I am totally upset,that's why I kept silent all these days.please help me about my future. Thanking you!

Have moved your thread to the International forum as you have issues more than just NCLEX results.

Sounds like the company is not fulfilling their part of the contract if they did not give you job offer letter but if you took NCLEX 2007 I am not sure how you think you missed the chance to come to the US as retrogression has been ongoing since Oct 2006. Current processing date for India is 2001

Sounds like your petition was denied, there is no reason that you have to accept them refiling again; nor do you owe them anything. The fault is on their side, you did nothing wrong.

They owe you money, if anything.

But they did not delay you by much, there is a retrogression in place so you are looking at about five years now for a chance to get to the US, there are no guarantees anymore about anything having to do with immigration; no matter what they promised to you.
