So, I'm really starting to freak out. I have been out of nursing school for 3 years (that's right, 3 years). I went through this nursing isn't what I want to do, only to find out that nursing is indeed what I want to do phase (that lasted far too long). I've done my ATI and been green light(ed)/lit but I still feel like I want to review and soak up any more information that I can. Do any of you have any suggestions on study/practice tests that would be good for someone taking the test in less than one week. I am so incredibly nervous and anything helps.
Thanks!!!
Alright guys, I took the NCLEX PN today. All I can say is that I feel as if I were hit by a bus. Yikes. Anyway computer stopped at 85 questions and I got the good pop up (yes I know, before 24 hours might not be accurate but I had to and I do mean HAD to).I'm not holding my breath about it being correct but I do get quick results so we shall know for sure by Saturday! Eeeeek!
I'm sure you did great! The minimum question amount for PN is 85 right? Everyone feels like they are totally unsure after finishing up but it's a COMMON feeling trust me. Lol
For those who just took the exam....I heard there are no longer Trade names for drugs. Is this true?
They told me when I began nursing school in Jan 14 that trade names were no longer on the NCLEX so we made sure to study and recognize all generic med names. But granted I only had 4 or 5 pharm questions on my NCLEX, everyone is different. But yes it would be a good idea to learn the generic names and classes.
