My friend may have Lupus.....

Can any of you give me any tips and tricks to help her???? She is a low income single momma w/ no support....I've arranged a sched with our playgoup to do a meals on wheels, cleaning, play w/ the kids thing for a while but am unsure as I have never had a Lupus pt what else I can do for her....Any help would be soooooo useful. PS: if you think this should go in another thread...feel free to move it.
