Does anyone remember their first dosage calculations test? I am in my first term of a BSN program. There was no instruction on the book (13 chapters we've done so far...) but from what I hear this is pretty much the norm. These are the equivs we were told to know for sure:
(I don't need to know the answers to these, already know em! =) just wanted to clarify that)...only want to know your experience w/your first dosage calc exam...
ounces - ml
mcg-mg-gram
grain-mg
ml-tsp
ml-tbsp
lb-kg
We also need to know how to interpret an MAR. Does anyone remember how hard/easy their first dosage test was? Just curious b/c it seems pretty straight forward. From what I understand they must meet state standards...the tests.
