How are things going for you?
Did you get all of your information submitted yet?
Did you get your uniforms ordered?
I have just about everything they said we needed to start, but I'm having a hard time finding shoes. Solid black with no logo on the side is TOUGH. I have big & wide feet so most of the typical "nursing" shoes are a no go for me.
Don't forget to keep checking on your FA. I know summer terms can be tough to cover all of the costs.. If you are stuck talk to your campus FA office. They might be able to help.
I can't believe we start in less than a month..
Hello, I applied in January, application is due in Feb for the transition program. It is competitive..... Not as many applicants as the traditional which is extremely competitive. What program are you applying for? Good luck.
Hello everyone, When did you guys apply to the LPN to ASN program and was it as competitive as the traditional?
Hey everybody. I ordered all my books from Amazon.... Much cheaper....I'm a cash paying student.... Will turn in my physical on Tuesday.... Drug screen/background done.... Ordering uniforms tomorrow... Will buy patches when I turn in my physical... turned in my CPR card already....we need white shoes at Valpo....
Where did you get your list of books from? I tried to order them online, but it wouldn't let me. Completely stumped.
Hello, you look at your schedule and look at the course number your are in then go back to campus connect and go to the section look up a class, search for your class and course number... Click on the course number and it will direct you to the bookstore which will supply you with the name and ISBN # of the book. Enter that that ISBN# in the Amazon search bar and your books will come up. Sounds difficult but quite easy. I saved a lot of $$$$$$... Got my books in 3 days....let me know if you need any more help.

I am applying for the transition program in Feb '17. Is there anyway you can share your teas V score and grades in Eng, A and P, and Psych, with me the info is helpful but knowing actual numbers help alot more. Thanks in advance.LPN2011toRN has been a member since May '16. Posts:
Each school is different with what they will accept. It depends on the number of applicants. I got A's in all of my prereqs and acceptable (or whatever the term they use) for the TEAS V. I don't remember the score at this point. I took that over a year ago.
