Oh my gosh! I am swamped with homework! Can anyone give an example of a muscle antagonist, synergist, or fixator?
Each example of antagonists must include two muscles and the action in which they are antagonistic. Each example of synergists must include two muscles and the action in which they are synergistic. Each example of fixators must include the body part which is fixed and under what conditions..
This is extra credit anatomy homework, and there are tons of muscles!

Why don't you Google it yourself? There are a lot of great anatomy websites out there with some great info to be found.
As much as we like to help, we won't do your homework for you. We have a hard enough time doing our own homework.

Biceps- triceps
flexes elbow, extends forearm
I already googled it and I have some examples :) I like anatomy.tv and even youtube!
But I'm just wondering what the first thing that comes to mind for everyone is. I think of the rotator cuff first (probly cuz my shoulder always hurts) and deltoid/teres minor...etc.
