Yes. You should be able to apply for your MD APRN license now.

Yes, as you currently hold a FL RN license with multi-state privileges you can not apply for licensure in MD until after you relocate. When you apply for licensure in MD, and are issued a license that grantd multi-state privileges, your FL license is going to be placed on inactive status.

Yes. Once you obtain your MD APRN, which you should be able to do based upon your FL R BBN license, you can apply for your MD RN license after you relocate. You can work as an APRN using your MD APRN and FL RN license while your MD RN license is being processed. When your MD RN license is issued your FL RN license will be inactivated. Of you relocate to FL, or any other eNLC state, you will be able to work as an RN using your MD RN license while your application for RN license is being processed in the new state.

Question. I've done some research and read previous posts but remain slightly unsure about the process involved with the following.
I currently work and hold a multistate license in Florida, RN and have my APRN license in the state. I am potentially planning to move to Maryland to work as a nurse practitioner.

Hoping some people are a little more savvy in this area then I've been able to muster. I never hear good things about contacting ANY board of nursing so am trying to avoid that if possible by asking here.
