As a requirement for my nursing program we were given a list of everything that had to be uploaded to a particular website. This wasn't sprung on us and it didn't catch me by surprise. I was fully aware that we needed to have our vaccination records in order and they had to be uploaded by mid August. I jumped on it right away and had everything submitted well before the due date and it was all accepted with no issues.
Now my program starts in 2 weeks. Last week they sent us an email explaining we had to upload everything again, but this time to a different website. I was curious as to why it had to be uploaded again but I did as asked and completed the uploads. Today I received an email that one of my titer results was unreadable and I need to upload different documentation and it has to be done by the 23rd or else they can't place me for clinical.
Im just a little frustrated that the exact same documentation was accepted with the first website but not for the second. I called my doctors office to request another form of documentation but of course I have to go through the whole process of filling out a form and sending it to medical records and this takes time. They told me it would probably take up to a week and half. 😕 I'm worried about not getting something "readable" in time.
My husband is out of town for work and I just needed to vent! This seemed like a good place, haha...so thank you for letting me vent.

I had a similar situation where I wouldn't have been able to upload everything by the due date. I contacted my school's nursing dept and explained the situation. They said as long as I had a plan it would be fine to be a little late. Maybe try that?

That would be incredibly frustrating. Hope you get it worked out.
