MTSA Interview

I haven't found any recent postings regarding MTSA....The interview sounds horrifying compared to other programs....Can anyone share the scenarios that they pulled out of the hat before going into the interview with the "panel of judges"?? lol And if you got in...did you answer every question correctly? I have never been so nervous in my entire life!! Thanks so much!!

According to MTSA. There was a delay so letters went out today.

I am flying to Nashville tomorrow morning....interviewing at every ICU they have. It appears that everyone that works at Vanderbilt got a seat....So hopefully Friday I will be an employee in one of their units...and then I will be good to go next year. ;)

You'll definitely get in next year. I admire your determination. I too moved to get level 1 trauma experience. Good luck!

How do you know this? Have you heard from others that are in outside of this site?

I have heard from people that work on the units there....I know of atleast 21 in from vanderbilt

8 years all icu...some smaller hospitals and about half in a level 1

Has anyone paid their down payment? It's been a week and I have yet to see anything in the mail, thought payments are due by a week after acceptance? That's today...?

Nothing has come in the mail for anyone that I know of. I think it's a week once you receive the letter...I interviewed on cvicu today. I was told last year 31 I think? Of the cvicu nurses were accepted to mtsa...
