MTSA 2017 applicants

I'm applying, i just finished my GRE. Didn't do too well.

I didn't either! I'm super nervous! Maybe the applicant pool will be in our favor this go around:unsure:

I really hope so, i am not applying any where else. This is my first and only choice because of family/location. Hoping we'll get in!!!

Are you from TN?

No. I'm from Alabama. Madison/Nashville is about a 2-2.5 hr drive from me. I'm also thinking about Union University. I've looked at UTC as well. I've read a few good things about their program. I hope so too. I'm just applying to see how it goes.

Yes! Same here..extremely nervous..I know that if I don't get in this time I will need to take a graduate course before I reapply:(

I guess this is it, the deadline is gone, now the waiting begins. I heard they won't start calling for interviews until after thanksgiving?

How are you all keeping your minds out of thinking about it aside from working?

Yep! That's it..submit button hit..payment made. I actually thought the deadline was 10/31, I didn't know it was extended to 11/4. I think it's more than 240 applicants:nailbiting:

I literally check my email everyday all day...check forums everyday all day and try to refrain from calling the coordinator everyday, sad I know. But I am a complete nervous wreck and I have tried to shift my focus to researching other programs to apply to but it doesn't work lol. I really like MTSA and I think it will be a great fit for me. I probably should be taking this precious time to prepare to possibly retake the GRE but I really don't think there is anyway for me to even pretend to study.

I think we will receive an email either way on Nov 21 or 22 which would be one day after the committee has met and decided who will interview. But with all those applicants it may take a little longer than anticipated.
