Mt Sinai (Miami)

I was wondering if anyone has been a part of mt sinai's (miami beach) intern programs and if you could share your experience.

Also did anyone attend the open house in august? Do you know when the recruiter will be making calls for 2nd interviews.. share your experience on how it went

Hi,

I haven't been called for a 2nd interview yet. I was told it will be done in beginning of September. There will be another open house in September, 1st tuesday. Check out the website for more information.

There is going to be new grad program starting end of September for a bunch of the units including specialties like ER, ICU, etc.

ok cool.. I had an interview with them in june when I didn't have my Florida license.. I thought I did very well & she seemed interested so hopefully they remember me.. Good luck! Thanks for the info too :)

It says online the open house is from 9 to 12. I just want to clarify that I do not have to be there right at 9; I can show up anytime during that time frame, correct? Thanks :)

Hi! I wanted to know if you ever wound up getting the internship position with Mt. Sinai? I just got called back for the second interview next week. I know this was all last year, but I wanted to get some feedback on this. If you did, what happens in the second interview? Thx!

hi guys. i currently work at mt sinai but not as an RN. i graduate this december and i have every intention in getting a new grad job where i work... however, i was curious about what this internship is all about? is it for a specific specialty(ICU, ER, OB???) or what? i would love to know more. thanks & good luck to you all. :)

Im not sure either.. i heard it was specific specialties. Maybe since you work there you can kind of get the inside scoop and let us know. Thanks and good luck.
