You would need at least one year in an ICU - do you have that also?
What type of visa would be on? Out of state tuition for foreign students is very expensive.

Hi! I think I didn't finish my post because I fell asleep. Anyway, I'm on the stge of application for licensure in Illinois. I already have my CES and fingerprints.. I just need to submit the four-page application. I'm just waiting for some supporting documents.
Do you think the state will consider my degree here? I have 2 yr experience of being a hospital nurse here...
Hmmmm. When I pass my nclex, I'll have to look for an employer who'd petition me... But in the current situation in the US, it will be hard for me.. Do you happen to know any agency for that?
So basically, I need to get a hospital experience there as an ICU nurse? Hmmm getting in a hospital for foreign nurses like me would surely be tough..

Hi,
I worked in Houston Tx on a travel assignment. I think 1/3 of nursing workforce was filipino.
Good luck
No, the job market in IL is very tough. Still with double digit unemployment and many unemployed US RNs.
