Moving from West coast back home to RI! Need help with a few questions.

I hope a few of you will be able to answer a few questions for me.

1. What is the starting pay as a new grad RN?

2. What hospitals in RI have a good reputation on loan repayment?

3. Which hospitals help further education to get BS and Masters?

4. DO any of you know any good new grad programs?

5. Hasboros children hospital. How do you feel about the work environment?

pay is between 20-25 an hour. .... ri student loan has a 0% interest loan repayment program as long as you work 20 hours a week in RI. I dont know of any that have masters but most have some affiliation to get BSN which they have student loan repayment or classes right at the hospital. lifespan & carenewengland are pretty much the best. they are going to be merged as of next year. also it matter where you are looking to get training...OR...ER...PACU....CCU. And I have NO comment on Hasbro but I will not be working there... dont get me wrong what those nurss do is great and I give them a lot of praise. let me leave it at that. By the way Hasbro is the hardest hospital to get into they only hire a handful of grads.
