Hi guys! I am about to graduate with my BSN this May from a university in TN. I'm from Texas but not San Antonio and very much looking to move there. I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice for a new graduate! I don't know much about the hospital systems, pay, benefits, or residencies if you guys could help me out ?

The market is tight for new grads in Texas. Do not move until you have a written job offer with a firm start date, salary expectations, etc.
Research who the major hospitals are both in and around San Antonio, then go to their websites to sign up for notifications when new grad jobs/residency openings are posted.

Thank you Nurse SMS for the reply!! I'll go ahead and do some more research of the hospitals in the area.
