Moving to Gulf Coast

Hi, we are moving to the Gulf Coast in a few weeks.  My background is pacu, step down, endoscopy, and outpatient case management.  Which are the best hospitals around Mobile, Daphne, Foley, AL, Pensacola, FL, or Pascagoula, MS to work in from an employee point of view?  I’m looking for full time with good benefits. Decent team work attitude would be a definite plus ?. I plan on starting an RN to BSN program in the fall as well. Any info is greatly appreciated.
