Moving from adult to paeds

Can any one tell me anything about how an adult branch nurse can go about re training as a childrens nurse?

A lot of the time in the UK it is a secondment but you can always approach universities and see what their requirements are for the 18 month Paeds course

First question would be, where do you wish to work? In your country, or the US? If for the US, and you have the needed hours to be able to sit for the NCLEX exam, and get licensed in the US, then the hiring facility will give you the training that you need.

The 18 months to get your certification in your country will not make any difference in the US for you to get a job.

looking at her previous threads she has looked at Australia, not sure if that is still the case
