MOVE program for overweight veterans?

I have a resident who weighs over 300 lbs and is eating himself to death. His diabetic blood sugars are usually between 300-400. He is a veteran and said he heard about a MOVE program and would like to contact them. Does anyone know who he could call or write to in order to find out about this program? Thanks for any info.;)
