Move from Home Health to Hospital

I'm a home health nurse with 2.5 years of experience and I want to move to a hospital. I've been applying and trying to get hired for a year and I just can't seem to move past the not selected for consideration stage of application. Do any nurses who have been through this have any advice for getting hired or even considered?

Take a look at your resume and cover letter -- that's probably where the problem lies.
