Move back into OR again?

Hey everyone..I am currently working in a pre op/post op area in Outpatient Surgery area and boss wants to cross train me as OR nurse. I have some prior experience as circulator out of school but it was completely horrible experience. From never giving me the training I was suppose to have to being told by my educator how I didn't belong in OR as new nurse day one..I'm worried that every OR will be like that. I am curious about going back to OR again in this new hospital I now work at because of prior experience as new grad. Something worth exploring into?

    If your boss wants you, I would say give it another try. They wouldn't ask you unless they felt you were capable of doing it.
