Hello,

I am confuse on what is need in the application packet? Are we suppose to do our physical before and have that included in the packet ? Also on the website it says proof of criminal background check?

Someone help

I would go up there tommrow but she is not going be there.

Yes you need a physical included in the packet. Take it to your doctor and they will know how to fill it out. I printed out the email to show that I paid for the background check.

Also, to whom it may concern, with the tb test make sure who ever gives you the tb shot fill out that form from the packet. I only showed them my card as proof when I turned my packet in. They didn’t accept it, I had to go back to the health dept. to have the nurse who gave me the shot fill out the actual paper work.

How many points does everyone have?

In reference to your Hesi. Make sure each section is atleast a 75. I emailed ms drake my scores and I had to retake it bc my A&P was 70

I have 25 points. I’m more so nervous about the interview ?

You will get in girl I heard 25 was the highest so far I have 20. I’m pretty confident I’ll get an interview. 60 applicants so far projected 150 ?

What are the support classes and where can I find them?

Online request ? Or can I go to admission and request a copy ? Do any of you guys know where i can get a quick Tb test ?

You can get one done at the county or urgent care. For the TB you have to go back to have it read within 48 to 72 hours to have it read.

So should I request my dcccd transcript ? Trying put my packet together

You can request online. There is an option you can pay $23 and get it next day, but someone has to sign for it when they deliver. I ordered mine on Sunday and still have not received it. I was waiting for Pharmacology grade to go into econnect. I found this on the MVC website. I hope this is helpful:

For your nursing application, we will accept a stamped “copy” of official transcripts that you have on file at Mountain View College. Please go to the Admissions Office and request the copy.

Also, don't forget to get your titers

I’m only applying to tcc and Mountain View. I heard 18-25 pts should get ppl in.

I know one semester one girl had like 13 or 14 points and she got in but that was pushing it. Definitely shoot for like 17 or higher.

Yeah this time around people points are high mine is a 20. I am nervous but I worked hard spring and summer so I believe and claim I will get and interview and in the program. I also was informed from someone in their second semester you get points for the interview.

You gonna get it @Jaye Seals! I have faith that you will. I'll be waiting here for your acceptance post ?

I’m taking my application in, ugh why can’t it be easy to upload the forms to castle branch like El Centro does. I’m turning my application in today, I think I’m applying with 23 points.
