Mountain View College Fall 2019

Published

Hi there, Trying to reapply to Mountain View for the fall 2019. I got denied for the spring. I do not give up that easy so i am trying my luck once more.Hopefully they will consider me the second time.I will schedule an appointment with the admin to know where i went wrong. I decided to start a thread this early so we can help one another and finally share a classroom together.

This time I am applying to as many schools as possible.

So the NCTC requires teas, anyone done the test? I need tips.

Did you join the facebook group? I can help you there

I haven't because I have my facebook closed. Is that the only way you can help me? I am going through some difficult times and I decided it was best to keep it closed for a while.

Girl you know I did ask that questions, they said there are many reasons why people stop going. It is not always cause its too hard sometimes things come up or they just realize its not for them so many people stop going.

So it’s not because the program is bad. That was my only concern. I am going to have to deny my acceptance somewhere else my heart and soul was set on MVC. I think some people think is going to be easy but it’s not.

Do they have like a private messenger here? I just don’t want to put all my information out there

I was noticing did anyone ask this question in there interview it looks like about 50 students are accepeted each year. But only half of them graduate and pass. Did anyone ask this question of why?

You know I was wondering the same thing I should have asked this makes me nervous

I know its going to be hard she said its like having two full time jobs and it will be difficult to work even a part time.

Well I plan on working part time but if I can’t Im going to just quit working.

I’m saving up money now for tuition and just money to live off of. I moved back in with my dad so I wouldn’t have to work, but if I find that I can work a couple of days out of the week, I might try it. Oh and I got in! See you all in August!

I am working Saturday, Sunday, nights and half day Monday nights. I will be working for a hospital so they are helpful with allowing me to do school. This is going to be difficult for us all but we will make it through. I am beyond excited!

Okay so I just found out a classmate of mine was in the program I texted and asked her about the program she said she loves it and the only reason a lot of people dont make it is because they dont take the program seriously we got this guys again congrats to all that were accepted and the ones that are waiting keep your faith God is great!

That’s great news! I also applied to el centro...they have higher amount of people completing program but lower pass rates on state boards and were under review so I’m going to go ahead with MVC!
