Hi there, Trying to reapply to Mountain View for the fall 2019. I got denied for the spring. I do not give up that easy so i am trying my luck once more.Hopefully they will consider me the second time.I will schedule an appointment with the admin to know where i went wrong. I decided to start a thread this early so we can help one another and finally share a classroom together.
This time I am applying to as many schools as possible.
So the NCTC requires teas, anyone done the test? I need tips.
It is not possible that just these few persons will be in class. They never said the emails will be sent on just one day. They would still be emailing tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday. Please do not feel down. They have to set the emails in such a way that all students do not call same time to schedule for interview. I understand how you feel but please do not despair, you will get your positive emails. I heard i think two years ago that all applicants were accepted.
Just keep the positive thoughts and we shall meet in class

I didn't get a call or email either. Lets stay positive in this. We may hear something tomorrow, if not just lets keep striving until we get into a program. Dont give up! We've worked to hard to throw in the towel now.

Oh dear. Don't hate your life now. We have a long way to go in this. It's just the very beginning and MVC has a very small staff to manage all the applicants. Just wait til tomorrow and next week! Surely they're going to call and send more emails. This is just the very beginning and I'm sure you can call and email them to inquire. If I don't make it this time I'm totally applying for Spring and will just take another class in the meantime. The hard part will be when we have to meet each other and study for tests and learn everything in the program. This is not the hard part yet so just relax and be patient for your email. Congrats to everyone! All y'all that scheduled for Wed. March 27th know that you took my interview spots, right? Now I have to wait til the following week and hope my braids hold up another week so I still look professional for the interview! Lol!
But seriously, just go in dressed to impress because it's the biggest thing of my life and I think for all of us as well. Don't be nervous. Be yourself. Relax and know it's the time to ask your questions to them as well. They're being interviewed too, right? Why do you want to be a nurse? It really is super hard just to even apply. But why do you want to be in the MVC program? We know it's an excellent program but why did you choose it?
Think about the next steps of what we're doing and getting into. I feel we're all getting interviewed so sprinkle class of 2021 fairy dust on that and have faith. Off my soapbox now. Stay positive!
