Motlow College 2015 Applicants

Published

Hello All! I would like to start a thread on applicants for Fall 2015 for Motlow. I just took my HESI, got an 87 (not as high as I hoped) and my GPA is 4.0. This gives me a 735. Anyone else want to volunteer their grades/scores? Good luck to all!

Hi you all I also applied to this program but I applied to the Lpn transition program is anybody else on here doing the same? I don't believe I will get in because my GPA is very low 2.81. Has anyone applied to other schools? I'm anxious to find out if I made it in or not. Fingers crossed! Good luck to you all.

I thought a 3.0 was the minimum? Have you thought about academic forgiveness? The bridge program is hard to get into I knew a girl who got into the program at uah and drove down there because she couldn't get in at motlow

A 2.75 is the minimum you can have. I can't do academic forgiveness because that particular school I went to doesn't have it unless I take the classes again. I have straight A on all my other course work. I applied to Tennessee State University the academic advisor said I would get in if I applied. I don't know what to think about that.

Hmm no idea. Did you apply there too?

Hey everyone! I also applied for the Fall2015 Nursing program. I got a 94.4 on my HESI and I have a 3.595 GPA! Can't wait to find out! :) I also heard from a friend in class that we should find out on April 10...we shall see. They aren't answering the phone, which now I am glad because I don't want to annoy them too much since I am sure they are plenty annoyed lol. Good luck everyone and can't wait to meet everyone who gets in (hopefully me, too!)

They better tell us tomorrow. Going crazy.:wacky:

I hope its tomorrow I don't think I can wait another whole weekend....:nurse:

Today is the day (hopefully) good luck everyone!!! I hope you all get in

I hope they send out something soon!~ I only heard rumor it was today. One of the ladies taking Dosage Calc said her teacher said the 10th. Prayers up!

I work at officemax and we don't have a cashier today so I got stuck at the register which isn't good considering it means standing around and of course I'm massively nervous. So I'm doing anything I can to keep busy today. And a coworker who is from a different culture is trying to lecture me about how I can't have anxiety and be a nurse. I tried to explain to him it's the anticipation anxiety over something I've waited and worked for for years and I won't get nervous doing procedures. :sarcastic:

The anticipation is killing me! Good luck everyone!
