Motlow College 2015 Applicants

Hello All! I would like to start a thread on applicants for Fall 2015 for Motlow. I just took my HESI, got an 87 (not as high as I hoped) and my GPA is 4.0. This gives me a 735. Anyone else want to volunteer their grades/scores? Good luck to all!

Are all of y'all regular or bridge?

I think only one girl in here was bridge, the rest of us are regular.

Im bridge too, I had low scores so I think I shouldve been the first one to know if i didn't get in but I didnt get the dreaded email yet.

Yeah I'm not sure what their strategy is as far as who gets what and when since it seems I'm the only one on here that's received anything

yes you are very lucky! I'm curious what the plan is considering they said 7 days... it's the 7th day. they should have over promised and under delivered... any kind of service based business knows that lol

i really don't want to know how much weight i've gained this month from nervous eating.

The timeline for admission to the nursing program has been delayed because of some changes in the Admissions and Records Office. We are working as quickly as we can to carefully identify the students who will begin the program in the fall. Our expectation is to have acceptance letters sent no later than May 11th. We ask for your understanding.

#1. they need to rephrase their email title to not say fall 2015 RN applicants... I actually just emailed them saying that... at least put "delayed" or something in there. ARUGH.

I don't understand why there hasn't been better communication about this. We have all been waiting and anticipating some solid news today like we were told we would. I would like to know what the changes in admission were.

Wow! Cant believe its taking so long.

I can't believe LPN-RN are waitingarrow-10x10.png two more weeks they should at least get them sent out today , especially when they will have classes this summer..OMG I know ya'll gotta be stressed..

I am stressed about starting in AUG with only a two month two week heads up....This is just about my luck...the one year I get my ducks in a row "everything" that can possible goes wrong.

1st its new president at Motlow

2nd Hesi retake

3rd promise kicks in this fall

4th nursingarrow-10x10.png dept evaluation for credentials

5th the system

I think after all is said and done I will take a week and disconnect......

Yeah mandatory orientation is May 11th and summer program starts May 26th so LPNs really need to know ASAP. So glad I got mine because my work has been bugging me like crazy.
