There are the usual reasons to act as clinical site for nurses: perpetuate the profession, talent stream etc.
Do hospitals have financial incentives to act as a site for clinical rotation?

If you mean, do the schools pay for clinical sites, no. However, it is a way to recruit nurses once the students graduate. Hiring staff means having to close less beds due to staffing shortages.

The nurse recruiter routinely has my students each quarter meet with them and discuss the benefits of working there. Many of the students wind up working there.

Nursing schools absolutely pay for clinical sites (mostly tertiary schools)! That is why it is difficult to work at an amazing university with exceptional students who struggle to get placement because we don't pay for spots.
