No they are not. It's a great place to work and they work hard to keep staff happy, empower nurses so there is no need for a union!

Union don't organize workers, the employers do. If the employers don't empower their employees and then treats them poorly, unionization can result. Unionization very rarely happens if an employer treats their employees well. Of course the above statement is less accurate in a "right to work state".

Nothing inaccurate in what I said. The employees don't need a union because of the good work environment. I worked there for 20 yrs a union was never a thought.

Just asking as a friend had knee replacement there and had a horrible experience. The nurses told him they were understaffed but afraid to complain for fear of losing their jobs
