Atlantic Health is an awesome hospital system to work for. As for MMH, it is a trauma center so expect the ER to be extremely busy and somewhat chaotic. I work with a few nurses who work part-time/per-diem there and love it. Best of luck

Why wouldn't you go? In this market in NJ, even being offered an interview is a rare thing. At the very least you get a chance to practice your interview skills. Remember an interview isn't just a time for the employer to ask you questions. It's also a chance for you to ask them about the job and the facility. So if you're wondering if MMH is a good place for you to work, bring a specific list of questions and ask the interviewer. You can still turn down the job if you decide it's not for you after the interview. But if you don't go at all, how will you ever know?
