Moorpark College Nursing Program Spring 2021

Anyone having issues applying to their new online application system? When I click the nursing application link after signing into my vccd portal, it asks me to sign in with a Microsoft account and when I do it tells me I don't have permission to view the form. I called their health science department and all they told me is the link works on their end and I should keep trying. Which was not very helpful advice!

I submitted back in August, now I'm waiting on pins and needles to hear back from them. I guess the New Student Tea will be virtual this year. I hope they let us know if we got in well before then!

Any news on their applications? I sent my scores from TEAS cause I took it before.

I also had my my scores sent in - I took the TEAS August 1. 

Nope, I haven't heard anything, but I'm really hoping this is the week I do.

I heard it can take up to 3 months to get response from the time of application deadline.

Yeah but there is a New Student Tea on October 26th - so I would think they'd tell us before then. Looking back on past threads about Moorpark, it seems like most people around the 6-week mark after the application deadline had passed. We're coming up on that!

It's an orientation but they call it a "tea." Likely to be virtual and we drink our tea at home! ?

From their website:

Welcome to the Nursing Program Mandatory New Student Tea - Students who are selected to enter the nursing program will be required to attend this event.

March 29, 2021 - For fall semester admissions 

October 26, 2020  - For Spring semester admissions
