Landing a job as as an RN with no experience is a challenge, and some markets are more competitive than others.
Your resume is not landing you any interviews, and may partially be the culprit.
You might consider a job in sub-acute to gain nursing experience and shorten the unemployment gap you are facing.
Prolonged unemployment after passing the NCLEX is not desirable.
My book Your Last Nursing Class: How to Land Your First Nursing Job is really written just for you with tons of insider tips and strategies. Best wishes.

Hi guys!
I'm really frustrated now for the reason that I'm still not hired. I passed NCLEX June 2017 and took bcls, acls, pals and IV CERT on July 2017. So I started scouting this August til now, no response.
Well I passed my local board exam and became a nurse in our country in 2015, but didnt really work as a nurse after that.
It's just recently this 2016 I came in US, worked as a care giver and started volunteering in a clinic in hospital. its really hard ,
btw in from NYC. i guess its really hard here
any advice? I actually updated my resume and still continuing submitting ..
I want to start in nursing home, but my aunts and uncles said I should wait and go with the hospital. It does take a lot of time but its worth the wait, they said.
