Hi all,
has anyone heard of Morton plant or Bayfront's critical care internship program? I was informed that there is a contract for 2 years and you pay the hospital if you decide to quit. If you are a new graduate, will you do it?
is anyone ffamiliar with Morton plant or Bayfront hospital? If you have to choose between the two, which hospital will you consider? thanks a lot for your help

Both of them are big hospitals, but I don't know which one is more preferrable, beside they are pretty far apart, so your choice may be based on the location.

Is there a big sign-on bonus? If not, definitely not. Even if so, there's very little that would get me to sign a contract for two years with a hospital that has to resort to that to coerce people into staying.
(I will note, I don't live in Florida, and have no knowledge of these facilities - I'm just talking about not caring for the notion of indentured servitude.)
Good luck with your job search :).
