Thank u!

Hi , I have applied to this school as well. I the anticipation is killing me, I am too embarrassed to say my score on here, but I score proficient on the teas. I took the exam at WCC and transferred the score over to Monte because they only allow one attempt a year. I really hope I get in, I am tired of waiting. How did you do on your TEAS? I see the above person mentioned they scored a 90 and if people are scoring that high, then Im doomed : (

What "above person"? I don't c it.

I scored proficient as well. Not happy w the exact score but still hoping to get accepted.

Oh sorry, I got the threads mixed up. I was reading the other monte thread and there was someone who said they got a 90 overall score

Oh yea I saw that too. It was discouraging. There's 36-38 seats for Fall so there's still a chance.... I pray.

I pray too, I finished all my pre req's so hopefully that is factored in. Have you finished all your pre req's as well?

Not all of them. Still got 4 to go. I'm hoping to take some of it this summer.

Hello Ladies, Dont worry about the exam, you did your best and hopefully the school will factor in all parts of the application. Im sure good gpa, having most pre-req's completed and recommendation letters also help. Alot of people dont do well on the TEAS and im sure the school knows that. Keep your fingers crossed and hang in there. I havent taken it yet but Im sure I will be super nervous as well. I hate exams too. I wish you all the best of luck. Hope for the best but in case things dont go as planned, there are plenty of other schools you can apply too. Dont give up and dont be discouraged :)

hi there. When r u taking ur TEAS?

I also think its important to give yourself enough time to study. The ATI book recommends 3 weeks, I would double that. I know Im not a good test taker so Im going to give myself at least 1 month-6 weeks before I take it, hopefully that will help.

Hi Ldy76,

I havent scheduled my TEAS yet. Im submitting my application next week, Ive been waiting on my recommendation letters and wanted to wait until this semester was almost over so that my AP grade will be posted by the time I submit my application. I only need Micro and im done. Question: Were you able to schedule your own TEAS date or does Monte do it for you? Also, where did you take it? Thanks
