Greetings, I just finish applying to Montefiore School Nursing for the Spring 2019. Is there any one else also looking to attend in 2019? I'd love to hear from you.

so i actually called yesterday, lmao. mauricia told me, again, she doesnt know when we'll hear back but i think she's just supposed to say that. she also said that the committee did meet already so im assuming we'll hear back soon.

Lol, I wonder why it's taking so long. It's not like they had test dates In November. I'll just continue to wait and be calm.

Not that you care because it has to do with another school but I just got an acceptance email from Cochran School of Nursing. lol They gave me five days to complete all the paperwork so Monte better hurry up because they're my first choice! I'm pasting the email below in case anyone applied there and is curious about their requirements which I'm sure are similar to Monte's.

It is with great pleasure that I write to inform you of your acceptance to the Cochran School of Nursing for the Evening Class entering in. and Orientation is on January 14, 2019 at 8:30am.

**Please not that ALL outstanding documents must be handed in to proceed with registration (e.g. official transcripts, etc).**

Now that you have received the acceptance letter, you will have 5 business days to complete and return the following information to Admissions:

•Statement of Acceptance Form

•Student Identification Information Form

•Student Demographic Information Form

•Non-refundable $500 Security Deposit (PAYABLE BY CASH, MONEY ORDER, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD - NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED). Payment must be postmarked no later than November 20, 2019 Receipt of the forms and deposit will secure your seat for the Spring2019 class.

In addition, you must have a background check and drug screening with Castlebranch.com. The cost for the required admissions process is $113.75. The link for information to completing your acceptance is: www. Castlebranch.com.

The placement order code for the back ground check and drug screening is CG51.

Also enclosed you will find the Pre-Entrance Health Clearance Form. This form lists the clinical health requirements necessary to have in your file before Orientation. The form must be completed and returned to the Offices of Student Services, no later than Wednesday January2, 2019. All students must have full health clearance in order to attend class in the Spring 2019 semester.

In addition, Cochran requires a Healthcare Provider Certification for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) from a course certified by the American Heart Association. Evidence of this certification should be submitted by Wednesday January 2, 2018 Students will not be allowed to register until evidence of their BLS Healthcare Provider Certification is received.

Shortly you will receive information about the procedure to register. Please note that registration for Spring classes occurs at the Cochran School of Nursing on Tuesday December 11, 2018, at 9:30 am. You'll receive more detailed information in regards to registration shortly. At registration you will receive a Freshman Information Packet that will contain information and suggestions for you to prepare for the beginning of classes, including purchasing of textbooks and suggested readings before you arrive here.

As a student at Cochran, you are expected to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our school is privileged to participate in many Federal/State grants, guaranteed student loans and private competitive scholarships. Completing this form will enable us to determine your eligibility for financial assistance. For your convenience the web site is as follows: www.fafsa.ed.gov (school code #006443).
