MOntefiore pre-employment pharm test

Hey everyone hope the weather is not treating u too badly. I have an interview with Montefiore and they told me to come prepared for a pharm test prior to the interview. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what to expect from the test like the # of ques, time passing type of ques etc any info is greatly appreciated.

Hey betty

the test is fairly simple. Basically they mean a nursing math test. I'm sure you'll pass with flying colors. Maybe twenty questions.

hii, the HR wants told me the same about pre-employment math test... in terms of basic math? is it just conversions or are there any drips involved? also, when I see the HR, will they ask me more interview questions...etc? tHanks!!

Yes conversions and all. A few action/side effects questions. Once HR does your initial interview they no longer ask you any questions. Good luck

do you know what will happen if you failed the test? is there a 2nd chance? if so, the questions are probably different the 2nd time around?

yes you get a second chance. most of the people in my ccu orientation failed it the first time. i don't know if the questions are the same.

do you know who makes the final hiring decision? the HR or nurse manager?
