Montefiore- Interview Process

Hi all. Was hoping someone could help describe the interview process to me at Montefiore. I am a new graduate, and have an interview with HR this week. Do they hire right on the spot after the interview with HR? Also, if I am hired, I'm curious about what the orientation process is like for new graduates. Any help/advice/comments would be great! Thanks :)

which tests did you take besides a med math test?

Also did you do the HireVue interview or was it only in person?

How much do they pay per hour? I heard its less than hospitals in manhattan

Hey all. Don't know if anyone is still questioning the Monte hiring process.... Well I was hired and the whole process took two weeks total. Had interview with manager first, then two weeks later HR, math test (very easy and basic) 30 questions m.. Then offer letter came. So there is hope

Hello! I submitted my resume online and got an email back the next day for a HireVue digital interview.....Do you know what this means? Is this to see if I'm a match for the hospital? If so, do you know what kind of questions they ask?

Additionally, I heard they montefiore pays less than $30/hr for RNs, is that true?

OMG can you please help me i have a HireVue digital interview as well.

what questions did they ask you? I'm so nervous any help would be appreciated.

I will be taking the Montefiore ER exam, do anyone have any idea how that is? I already took the basic RN exam?

Hello everyone!! has anyone taken the pre-employment RN exam? If so, would you be able to provide an example for me of the types of questions in the med admin portion of the exam? Very nervous! Thanks SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!!

How long you had to wait?

My interview was with the unit manager first HR sent him my resume. The interview was beginning of April. The unit manager told me HR will follow. Almost 2 months now still waiting for HR to call.

0 Applied online for Pct got a call from recruiter in 4 days. Went through 2 interviews in 1 day. Called to ask about feed back about interview recruiter said your file was chosen to go to the next step but positions have not been posted yet! What is the next step? I checked online portal it says under consideration for position for 7:30-3:30 pm. Does the next step means background check and finger prints?? Does anybody know?? Would appreciate any feed back. Thanks.🤗
