  1. By the looks of these numbers I'll stay put in New York (downstate) ... I am well compensated for the work I do. (My opinion)
  2. I have one year hospital experience at time of hire. But several of my classmates got in as new grads with same salary.
  3. Yeah I do know upstate makes way less. Even in westchester. I started for a year in a westchester county hospital and made $35/HR... Guess I'll stick with the nyc hospitals..
  4. I find those numbers for New York fairly low.. Cochran School of nursing, associate degree Telemetry ICCU, Base salary $42.14/HR + $3.07/hr night dif. Full med & dental benefits.. At no cost, and pension at no cost. Been on job for 2 months
  5. He did get the job afterwards. He said the questions were def thought provoking
  6. I have no idea where you heard that. They start at $42/hr day shift. I was just hired. Process took 2 weeks from start to finish. I've heard of that online interview, I didn't have to do that but a friend of mine did.
  7. Hey all. Don't know if anyone is still questioning the Monte hiring process.... Well I was hired and the whole process took two weeks total. Had interview with manager first, then two weeks later HR, math test (very easy and basic) 30 questions m.. Then offer letter came. So there is hope
