Not sure what you mean regarding locations for mobility.. But Skin turgor is an easy one... For the young, and adult, skin turgor may be assessed on the forearm, but for the geriatric, NEVER!
With all the changes that occur with age, this populi will have tenting if the FA is assessed. Therefore,
always check the elderly's skin turgor on the sternum or forehead.

You check infant turgor on the chest. However, you will get a better picture of their hydration by assessing fontanelle's.
