Missed Charity Registration

I missed out on early registration. I can't believe I did that. Anyway, I spoke to one person at Charity who said I had to speak to another, and that person is out of the office. The person who answered the phone mentioned that classes could be full. I asked how that could be considering I was accepted and she said they accept more than they have room for. I have already done the finger printing, gotten books paid for, all of the background checks etc. Is there a chance I may not even get to attend this semester?? Any info would be appreciated. I have been working so hard to get into this program and I'm now freaked out that I may have screwed myself over!!

I had in my notes that online registration was May 10th. I just realized it was April 10th. I can't believe I did that. Gosh, that really sucks. I hope there is a way you can get in. :uhoh3: That seems really weird to me that how they accept more than they can actually take. What happens to the last few registrants thinking that they have a spot if they sceduled by April 10 and oops, you were too late, you are accepted into the program but you can't take the class???

i heard they do that because they expect everyone to get pass the background check and the other things like the drug test.

Unfortunately, this can be true (that the classes are booked). I am in the second semester (for three more days) and they told US that everyone might not get registered for the third semester because there aren't enough teachers for the amount of students! So, just be very prayerful and register ASAP. Some people drop and switch etc. Just keep checking.

P.S. They always accept more than they can handle. This has been an issue for a while, but the reality is if they accept 180 into Basics, not all will graduate, so they try to make up for that loss (I guess)

jemommy- I can't believe they are telling students going into the 3rd semester that they may not be able to register. What will happen to those students? Will they have to sit out a semester? As if nursing school is not stressful enough!

I am waiting to register for NAC I. I started Nac I this semester but had to with draw due to moving and other family problems. Now im worried I wont be able to start again in the fall.
