Hello to everyone that applied to MSA for the final masters program starting 2021. I wanted to start this page to keep tabs on interview notifications. It sounds like interviews will be scheduled in January and take place in February this year. Good luck to everyone that applied!??

I believe they said 16 to the masters and ~22 to the doctorate?

did they ask clinical/knowledge-based questions during the interview?

No clinical questions were asked during my interview.

Has anyone saved some of the financial information for the masters program? The website has now all changed over to the DNP information which seems wildly more expensive than I remember? Does anyone have a ballpark figure for what we're financially signing up for with the masters cohort?

Knew I should have written it down...

If you were granted an interview, they will go over total cost of tuition in the interview. It increases usually every year. As of now, every semester for MSA is 5k, but you also pay 550ish dollars per credit to metro state plus all the fees that go with it. Tuition/books/fees will cost about 75k (for me graduating 2022) but that's just tuition. Now add cost of living in top of that.

does anyone that interviewed remember when we would hear by? I just remember March sometime but not if there was a more specific time frame

I was told “we will be in touch around middle of March”
