Hey everyone! Interview calls out today! Does anyone have any idea of the interview process? EI or clinical?

It sounds like it. But not everyone will accept the spots. So I'm assuming there will be more calls after next Friday?
I am on the fence with my decision. I got accepted to multiple programs and am weighing my options.

Honestly all of my interviews were so different. One interview was all clinical questions about things you would expect to learn in the program. Another one was almost all emotional intelligence. And the last few were more of a get to know you style where they ask about you and your background and they sprinkle in both types of questions. I took a CCRN review course to refresh my knowledge and took a lot of time to identify areas of myself where I struggle and succeed. And how I have been working on them.
From each interview, I would take the questions that they asked and if I didn't know the answer, I would find the answer and work on how I would answer them next time.
Leading up to each interview, I was still just as stressed and anxious as every other person. I know I didn't have the best interviews out of all the people that were interviewed. That is probably my weakness when it comes to this entire process, but I had excellent recommendations. I worked on my essay for multiple months and my resume is solid.

Yes it's opened for an hour long interview. More El and personal, some clinical. And I spoke with (PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES/IDENTIFYING INFO PER THE TERMS OF SERVICE) about when we would hear back but if they told you at the end of November that's better!!
