I applied to all the peds positions and mine still says submission received! I saw on facebook that someone had an interview for the PICU but they're an internal candidate?

Was the facebook account specific to this application cycle or was it a personal facebook account sharing their experience?

It was in a New Grad RN facebook group, someone made a post about this application cycle and a person replied stating that they had been invited to a PICU interview, but that's all I've heard of.

darn, I don't have a facebook, but it seems like you can make a lot of good connections / get info there

Hi All, 

Just wanted to follow up with everyone. I jumped onto a facebook New Grad page and I seen that quite a few people got contacted by Long Beach Memorial as early as June 25 but mostly I had seen people being contacted on June 30 via email and phone calls. The units included L and D, Float, Rehab, and PICU. I'm assuming if we haven't heard, it might not be looking good ?

Thanks "kkvalenz" for the info. Bummer that we haven't heard anything! I wish they would at least change the portal, all of of my submissions still say "under consideration" and "submission received". 

Anyone else in the same boat?

Has anyone heard from Miller's regarding the pediatric units? I am starting to lose hope but don't know if they have extended all invites yet.

I have not heard anything I applied to all units and my application still says submitted
