Hi everyone,
I currently have a Bachelor's in another non medical field which left me with $25K worth of student loans. I will be entering my ADN program in January. I know the military will pay for your nursing programs but will they also pay for my previous loans from my first BA?
Thanks!

As far as the Army goes, I think you can get non-nursing loans paid. However, youd need to have a BSN before you can go active duty with the Army, and they are currently only taking RNs with 2 years of experience. I think the Reserves will be going BSN-only as well, if they haven't already. Might be a while before you could have the option of any kind of military payback.
