I was thinking the same thing. It's a tight timeline. When do classes start? I wonder if they're getting a lot of people cancel that have been accepted elsewhere. I'm on the waitlist but I got into another school. I'm just following to be a cheerleader for yall because I'm invested now haha

I'm just genuinely curious...since they mentioned that calls would start going out on the 16th and 17th, I've only seen a couple of secondhand mentions (like friends or coworkers getting in), but no one here has actually posted that they personally received an acceptance call. Meanwhile, it looks like they're still sending out interview invites. Just trying to make sense of the timeline. I know it's still early, but it's hard not to wonder. 🤔🫠

So from what I know you either get a call 17 for the first half of 15-20 students or the 30 for the second half. If there's more spots then they consider ppl that they had on the roaster for first half that they might've waited for second half!

Ya'll work at the same place?

Overall, everyone that has interviewed since the beginning can potentially be selected if they weren't chosen on the 16th. People that interviewed on 3/28 could still be selected on 4/30. They just don't want to officially select everyone until everyone has had a chance to be interviewed. And if they are interviewing 100 people, some people are dropping out of interview spots and so that is why the waitlist is there. 😁

Appreciate the insight. Just felt a little unclear since we haven't seen many updates since the 16th. 😬 I think I was confused with the 2 rounds of calls but it makes sense to conclude all interviews before notifications.

Yup this is true bc if they select all 41 the interviews aren't complete so there's up till the 30th!

So you're the true Midwesterner LOL.

I'm from the East Coast. I have some people on my unit who got into school elsewhere.

Hi everyone!

I applied to midwestern as well. Insubmittled my application closer to the deadline, late January. Initially I was wait I listed for an interview, but they called me and now I have an interview in the next few weeks. Can anyone tell me how long is the interview?

So far I've seen that it's very clinical heavy. How long is the interview? 30 minutes? An hour?
