Hey! Anyone know when we should hear back from MSU about decisions? I didn't see anything on the website like most other schools

I emailed in September and they replied hopefully sometime in October. From reading other years admission info on this site it usually takes until the second week. I was hoping to know by the middle of the month. I would like to think it would be close to the same time frame as other students apply to several programs at a time.

I also emailed about not getting a background check and ------------------------ was sure to remind me I have not been selected for admission at this time. I knew that...I replied with a thank you and told her I was looking forward to seeing announcement of their decision either way.

Quick question: Has anyone read the article about statements made by a professor at MSU in the news? If so will that affect your decision on attendance?

She was letting me know that the emails regarding background checks are not a guarantee of admission. I reread the email I sent  to her, I didn't give the impression I was accepted. She wanted to be sure to inform me that selections have not been announced.

No don’t worry! I’m pretty sure this is going to be sent to you. It’s just asking about immunization.

And besides you have a 4.0 if anyone is getting in it’s you! ? did you ever get your email for the background check?
