Hi is anyone applying to Midwestern State University. I finished sending off my paperwork today for fall admissions.

Has anyone who applied to MWSU Fall 2010 heard anything regarding acceptance? I called last week and was told that letters would be sent out this week.

I called and found out that I got in last week, but I haven't had anything in the mail.

I am going to decline though, because I got accepted to UTMB.

Congrats! I called but did not ask if I got in. I just asked when I would be notified. I applied to UT Houston but was waitlisted! I only applied to two programs. So it's one or the other.

Did you take the TEAS?

Yes. I don't remember what my scores were. I think somewhere in the low 80's.

If you wondering to kind of compare, I just remember I took the NET for Midwestern. I sent them both scores, but I think they went by the NET ones. i bombed that test.

I received my letter but I've been waitlisted. I applied to other schools as well and still waiting for their letters.

I sent MWSU my NET test which wasn't great. I recently took the HESI (made a 90) and I wonder if I should send it now even though I've received my letter?

I don't think the entrance exam had any weight on the admission process. If you look at the ranking system it doesn't have any weight on the exam - you just have to take one of the exams.
