Good information to know! thanks I appreciate that! Any idea how many people are generally interviewed?

From what I’ve read they interview approximately 70 ppl to fill 34 spots

Did anyone apply in the beginning of August and still waiting to hear back from Midwestern?

I applied in mid July and they told me my application is still under review. Said I’ll hear back in a couple weeks.

Has anyone received information for exactly what time interviews are at? I can’t seem to find it on the my portal

Im also waiting for their email. They said to anticipate from 8am till 2pm the last time I heard from them

How’s everyone prepping for the interview ? Anyone know if they ask clinical questions only or personal questions as well?

I’m reviewing CCRN info and patho. They definitely ask clinical questions but I think it’s a mix of clinical and behavioral.

Same! I’ve been using a ccrn book and videos online to review medications and receptors.

I know they do both. I’d be able to speak well about any medications you’d mention you have experience with as well as any invasive monitoring, patho of disease etc. ?

I saw that they said to anticipate being online from like 8-2? I know when they were doing in person interviews last year they gave a campus tour, a little introduction to the program, a tour of the lab etc. I’m curious if they will attempt the same but virtually. I’m not sure how they will break out and interview individuals though.. I know they had a roster before and called them in one by one last year.

Ah I see ! I do have to ask, are you not concerned about having the interview late in October or is it just me ? I’m still freaking out all seats will be filled before we even get the chance to interview ?

I appreciate this ! Any tips for reviewing patho or are you just dipping into CCRN?
